Love is the Greatest ✍

The celebration of love continues even after Valentine's Day has passed and the month of love, February, has ended, because true love never dies.

The fact that we are given the chance to live each day, the air we breathe, our health and strength, our talents, our daily protection, our families, friends, mentors, ministers, and teachers; our jobs; our properties; and even the seemingly small and insignificant things we hardly notice as blessings, such as clothes, shoes, slippers, and bags, pens, and papers (to name a few)—all of these are evidence of God's love.

Love is not merely a human invention. God created love (1 John 4:19). God is, in fact, love. Without God, there is no love, and without God's love, we would not have been born at all. The world and everything in it are the result of God's immeasurable love.

If you and I exist because of God's love, how can we then show that we love Him in return? Can we prepare Him a cup of coffee or a meal and say, "God, heto po o, ipinagtimpla ko po Kayo ng kape or ipinagluto ko po Kayo ng masarap na pagkain, inom na po Kayo or kain na po Kayo?" Or can we hug and kiss Him to convey our gratitude for His love? It is impossible for humans to do such things since God has no physical body; God is spirit (John 4:24).

One way to show God that we thank Him for His love is by caring for persons in our sphere of influence. All people are God's masterpieces (including our enemies), and they embody our Creator's love. If we love God, we must love His creations just as much. Furthermore, God commands us to love one another and to put others' needs above our own. So if we truly love God, we will obey His decree.

- Husbands, love your wives (Colossians 3:19; Ephesians 5:25). Be considerate with them. (1Peter 3:7).
- Wives, submit to your husbands as you do to the Lord" (Ephesians 5:22).
- Children, honor your father and mother (Deuteronomy 5:16). and obey your parents in everything,(Colossians 3:20).
- Fathers (and mothers), Do not provoke your children to anger. (Ephesians 6:4)
- To All, "Don't be jealous or proud, but be humble and consider others more important than yourselves." (Philippians 2:3)

As a means of loving God back, everyone of us has a role to play in loving others. So let's each do our part, share God's love, and remember to owe one nothing except L❤VE. (Romans 13:8)
